定义:

Y型密封圈的截面呈Y形,是一种典型的唇形密封圈。广泛应用于往复动密封装置中,其使用寿命高于O型密封圈。Y型密封圈的适用工作压力不大于40MPa,工作温度为-30~80℃。

分类:

Y型密封圈按照截面的长宽比例不同,可以分为宽型Y型密封圈、窄型Y型密封圈和Yx型密封圈等。宽截面的Y型密封圈的耐压力略小于窄型Y型密封圈,只能适用于P<20MPa的工作环境,而窄型Y型密封圈可用于工作压力P<32MPa的场合。

Y型密封圈按照两唇的高度是否一致,又可以分为轴用的不等高唇Y型密封圈、孔用的不等高唇Y型密封圈和轴孔通用的等高唇Y型密封圈。Y型密封圈的制造材质不同,还能将其分为丁腈橡胶Y型密封圈、氟橡胶Y型密封圈、聚氨酯橡胶Y型密封圈等。 

工作速度范围:采用丁睛橡胶制作时为 0. 01~0. 6m/s;采用氟橡胶制作时,为0.05~0.3m/s;采用聚氨酯橡胶制作时,则为 0.01~lm/s。Y型密封圈的密封性能、使用寿命及不同挡圈时的工作压力极限,都以聚氨酯橡胶材质为佳。

用途:


NBR丁腈Y型圈——适合于石油系液压油、甘醇系液压油、二酯系润滑油、汽油、水、硅润滑脂、硅油等介质中使用。是用途最广、成本最低的橡胶密封件。不适用于极性溶剂之中,例如酮类、臭氧、硝基烃、MEK 和氯仿。一般使用温度范围为 -40~120 ℃。

HNBR氢化丁腈Y型圈——具有极佳的抗腐蚀、抗撕裂和抗压缩变形特性,耐臭氧、耐阳光、耐天候性较好。比丁氰橡胶有更佳的抗磨性。适用于洗涤机械、汽车发动机系统及使用新型环保冷媒 R134a的制冷系统中。不建议使用于醇类、酯类或是芳香族的溶液中。一般使用温度范围为 -40~150 ℃。

SIL硅橡胶Y型圈——具有极佳的耐热、耐寒、耐臭氧、耐大气老化性能。有很好的绝缘性能。但抗拉强度较一般橡胶差且不具耐油性。适用于家用电器如电热水器、电熨斗、微波炉等。还适用于各种与人体有接触的用品,如水壶、饮水机等。不建议使用于大部份浓缩溶剂、油品、浓酸及氢氧化钠中。一般使用温度范围为 -55~250 ℃。

VITON氟素橡胶Y型圈——耐高温性优于硅橡胶,有极佳的耐候性、耐臭氧性和耐化学性,耐寒性则不良。对于大部份油品及溶剂都具有抵抗能力,尤其是酸类、脂族烃、芳香烃及动植物油。适用于柴油发动机、燃料系统及化工厂的密封需求。不建议使用于酮类、低分子量的酯类及含硝的混合物。一般使用温度范围为 -20~250 ℃。

FLS氟硅橡胶Y型圈——其性能兼有氟素橡胶及硅橡胶的优点,耐油、耐溶剂、耐燃料油及耐高低温性均佳。能抵抗含氧的化合物、含芳香烃的溶剂及含氯的溶剂的侵蚀。一般用于航空、航天及军事用途。不建议暴露于酮类及刹车油中。一般使用温度范围为 -50~200 ℃。


Definition:


The cross section of Y-shaped seal ring is Y-shaped, which is a typical lip-shaped seal ring. It is widely used in reciprocating sealing devices, and its service life is higher than that of O-ring. The applicable working pressure of Y-shaped sealing ring is not more than 40MPa, and the working temperature is - 30~80 ℃.


Classification:


The Y-shaped seal ring can be divided into wide Y-shaped seal ring, narrow Y-shaped seal ring and Yx-shaped seal ring according to the ratio of length to width of the section. The pressure resistance of the wide cross-section Y-shaped seal ring is slightly less than that of the narrow Y-shaped seal ring, which can only be used in the working environment with P<20MPa, while the narrow Y-shaped seal ring can be used in the situation with working pressure P<32MPa.

According to whether the height of the two lips is the same, the Y-shaped sealing ring can be divided into the unequal height lip Y-shaped sealing ring for the shaft, the unequal height lip Y-shaped sealing ring for the hole and the universal equal height lip Y-shaped sealing ring for the shaft hole. The Y-shaped sealing ring can be divided into nitrile rubber Y-shaped sealing ring, fluororubber Y-shaped sealing ring, polyurethane rubber Y-shaped sealing ring and so on due to its different manufacturing materials.

Working speed range: 0 01~0. 6m/s; 0.05~0.3m/s when fluororubber is used; When polyurethane rubber is used, it is 0.01~lm/s. Polyurethane rubber is the best material for the sealing performance, service life and working pressure limit of Y-shaped sealing ring under different retaining rings.

Purpose:


NBR nitrile Y-ring - suitable for use in petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. It is not applicable to polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. The general operating temperature range is - 40~120 ℃.

HNBR hydrogenated nitrile Y-ring - has excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation resistance, and good ozone resistance, sunlight resistance and weather resistance. It has better abrasion resistance than nitrile rubber. It is applicable to washing machinery, automobile engine system and refrigeration system using new environment-friendly refrigerant R134a. It is not recommended to use in alcohol, ester or aromatic solutions. The general operating temperature range is - 40~150 ℃.

SIL silicone rubber Y-ring has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has good insulation performance. However, the tensile strength is worse than that of ordinary rubber and does not have oil resistance. Suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc. It is also applicable to all kinds of articles in contact with human body, such as water bottles, drinking fountains, etc. It is not recommended to use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. The general operating temperature range is - 55~250 ℃.

VITON fluororubber Y-ring - superior to silicone rubber in high temperature resistance, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, but poor in cold resistance. It is resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. It is applicable to the sealing requirements of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended to use in ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitrate. The general operating temperature range is - 20~250 ℃.

FLS fluorosilicone rubber Y-ring - its performance combines the advantages of fluorosilicone rubber and silicone rubber, and it has excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. It can resist the attack of oxygen-containing compounds, solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons and solvents containing chlorine. It is generally used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes. Exposure to ketones and brake oil is not recommended. The general operating temperature range is - 50~200 ℃.
